It's 2:10 am, and there's a miserable phalanx of drunken wastrels out there practically rioting. Isn't it time they fucked off and went home? It's as bad as a friday or saturday night out there. I thought freezing temperatures and 4" of lack effect snow would dampen the usual revelry out there, but apparently that's not the case. After the holiday weekend I'm going to write the mayor and suggest that they start a new policy of promptly gassing anyone who's not gone by the time 2:05 am rolls around.
