I put in my first really long day at school today. Ten and a half hours. I arrived on campus at 8:00 am and left at 6:30 pm, after All College Band. I had four classes, a trombone lesson and band. Wha a day. Didn't have more than an hour off between classes or obligations, it was quite the marathon day, as every thursday will be this fall.

In other developments:
• trombone choir rocks and will be a force to be reckoned with,
• even though I'm crappy band, we'll likely be playing my favorite Holst Suite for Band (in Eb)
• I may yet get the opportunity to play bass trombone,
• I'm headed back home for an exteded weekend! It's Labour Day, and I get Monday off as well,
