Off to a good start

The third roller hockey season was kicked off tonight with a 4-3 win over the Red Wolves. It was a close game and we lost our star forward (Jeff) to a pulled groin mid-way through the game. I kicked alot of pucks out and got off to my under 4.00 GAA too. Ralph, Jeff's winger, is out for the season with an injured shoulder, so we got a replacement for him. The kid's pretty good... fast, agile, and a good stick-handler. There are two new teams too... one of them's supposedly a bunch of hot shot high school players, which could prove to be a threat. Hopefully Jeff will be back by then. All in all it's shaping up to be another good season.

And if i don't fill out and mail my Fredonia Part 2 application form soon I'm going to fuck myself out of going to Fred in the fall. What the hell is the matter with me?

Go check out Smarples' blog, it's good writin' from a music student spending a semester in Perth, Australia. Great stuff! Template link to come soon.
